Solidarity wall calendar Artevida with drawings created by @Hadalunaria. Each illustration has menstruation and its symbology as its central theme. By buying this calendar you collaborate with the AMBA Association, Dignified Menstruation and the NGO La Caravana Roja. Backed up by Los Pleasures de Lola.

This year we will finance them with a crowdfunding as a way to carry out the project. When the date closes, we will print the calendars and they will be sent to the collaborators. Thank you very much for trusting us :)

For a dignified menstruation

The ArteVida 2023 Calendar, created by María Cuadrado Castaño (@hadalunaria: menstrual art illustrations and texts), and supported by Los Placeres de Lola, is in solidarity with the “Soy Cíclica” Menstrual Education Project of La Caravana Roja, and with the AMBA Association, Dignified Menstruation. By buying this calendar you support:

-The “Soy Cíclica” Menstrual Education project of La Caravana Roja, for adolescent girls and Amazon jungle women from Peru , consists of affective-sexual education that demystifies the taboo of menstruation and promotes menstrual education as a tool health promotion and prevention of adolescent pregnancy.

-AMBA's objectives: to promote actions that contribute to ending the stigma, taboos and false myths that still surround menstruation. To make this menstrual poverty suffered by millions of women and girls in the world visible and that has a detrimental impact on their lives and to defend menstrual hygiene as a right;

The Artevida 2023 Calendar, each month has a menstrual illustration art that represents and makes known the indigenous worldviews, which will lead us to inhabit cyclical time and connected to life. On the social networks of @Hadalunaria (Instagram, Fecebook and YouTube) you can find audiovisual educational content and menstrual activism related, among other things, to this calendar.
