The pelvic floor has great importance in our body and its processes, and one of those that plays a very important role is pregnancy. It is an important group of muscles whose exercise will have an impact on numerous present and future advantages for our life. The direct consequence of this exercise is a great positive effect on sexuality, childbirth and postpartum, because it will increase blood flow and thus also muscle tone, in addition contributing to a better body understanding and its possibilities.
