Can I return my order?

Most items purchased in are intended to use on the body, therefore, for reasons of hygene, cannot be returned. However, if the problem is a malfunction, you can see "Returns".

We test all items:

All items are checked before the packaging and shipping process.

However, if once at home the toy does not work, do not worry, send it to us and we will replace.

However, we recommend that you call us by phone at the number:  91.468.6178 before. Many times the batteries have been put the wrong way or the lid has not ben properly closed. Let us guide you on the phone before making the return.

The return period of our products is 30 days, according to art. 44 and art. 45.3 LOCM.

All products are tested before leaving the store, it is checked that the engine runs and they are in perfect condition, however, if on arrival in your home you find a manufacturing flaw just send it to us and it will be replaced.
